Very nice tea room, lovely staff. Had a delicious fruit scone with jam and clotted cream and a slice of coffee and walnut cake. Tea and latte coffee very good too. Lovely view to look at as well. Then we had a stroll down to look at Flatford Mill.
Delightful cafe serving food and drinks, in an ideal location next to the River Stour with inside and outside seating. The cafe has large bifold doors enabling people sitting inside to enjoy the unrestricted view and atmosphere of the river. Staff were friendly and service was good. The area itself from the Mill to Willy Lotts Cottage is picturesque and steeped in the history of Constables paintings. Recommended.
Lovely place to grab lunch manu had jacket potatoes, sausage rolls, cakes and coffees and drinks in the fridge. tables outside in summer with canoe and paddle boarding if you wanted to hire lovely atmosphere also gift shop and wildlife garden to browse around
Great place to stop for refreshments, and a wonderful outside space to sit and take in the scenic views. Two cuppas of Decaffeinated Americano and Choca Mocha, plus a scone was just over 10, and it was very good.
It was a busy Easter Sunday but the young staff worked well. Food was very good. Drinks slightly expensive but what isn't these days. Beautiful views looking over the river. Lots of seating inside and out. A beautiful place to visit and explore
Lovely baked potato with cheese & salad today at Flatford Mill NationalTrust Tea Room, wasn’t impressed at first but the coleslaw was super creamy & tasted fresh & the cheese & potato was full of flavour ! Perfect with a freshly made Iced Latte on a hot day. They have expanded the garden too so lots of places to sit.
Charming surroundings, simple yet great quality food. Friendly service. A light lunch for 3 adults and 3 teenagers for 50 including drinks.
Good food and polite staff. Plenty of indoor seating with outside also available for nice days with a view of the river and mill.
